JSW Steel is a private sector steel producer. JSW Steel has one of the world's largest single blast furnaces with a capacity of 4.8 MTPA, taking JSW's overall installed capacity to 23 MTPA.[6]
JSW Energy has a power generation capacity of 4531 megawatts.[7]
A subsidiary, JSW Infrastructure Limited, is based in Mumbai.[8] Its primary business interests are in the development of infrastructure for ports, roads, and rail connectivity.[8][9]
In April 2019, JSW Group announced their venture into consumer goods industry with JSW Living as their consumer brand entity.[10]
The JSW Group announced the establishment of JSW Paints on 2 May 2019. The venture was set up with a total investment of ā¹600 crore (US$84 million), with ā¹250 of equity investment and a ā¹350 crore debt investment from Axis Bank.[11][12]
Through its subsidiary JSW Sports, the group also owns the Indian Premier League cricket team Delhi Capitals (in partnership with GMR Group), the Indian Super League football team Bengaluru FC and the Pro Kabaddi League team Haryana Steelers.[13]
