The Higher and Technical Institute Mizoram (HATIM) is the first Christian Residential Co–Ed College in Mizoram, India, and is located in Lunglei. HATIM was started in June 2007 as the first Christian College in Mizoram. HATIM is sponsored and promoted by the Baptist Church of Mizoram.[1] All courses with HATIM are affiliated to Mizoram University.

The campus of HATIM was located at Chanmari-III (Falkawn), Lunglei.[2] HATIM has been shifted to a new and permanent Campus at Kawmzawl, Pukpui.[3] The Campus of HATIM is being developed. The Administrative Building, Women's Hostel, Men's Hostel, Students Centre and Academic Block 'A' have been completed.
