Sudarshan Agarwal was born in [[Ludhiana]], and was a first class Law Graduate. He served as a Member of the [[National Human Rights Commission of India|National Human Rights Commission]] for three years. From 1981 to 1993, he was Secretary-General of the [[Rajya Sabha]].<ref name=Bio/>

Sudarshan Agarwal (19 June 1931 – 3 July 2019) was an Indian politician. He served as the Governor of Uttarakhand from 2003 to 2007, and the Governor of Sikkim from 2007 to 2008. He was also Secretary-General of the Rajya Sabha from 1981 to 1993. He was born in Ludhiana, Punjab.
