Varkhedi Bk is a village in Akrani in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 116 kilometres (72 mi) from sub district headquarter and 118 kilometres (73 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 220 houses and a population of 1283 of which 657 are males while 626 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 9 people are from Schedule Caste and 1269 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
