Sangram was born on 10 January 1995 in Nilok, Bhadrak, Odisha to Abhimanyu Senapati and Srimati Dei. He completed his schooling at Nilok High School, Nilok in 2010 and joined Vinayak College of Science and Commerce for intermediate studies. In 2012 he joined the Government College of Engineering Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna for his bachelor's degree in Computer Science and graduated in 2016.

In 2021 he established Shubhapallaba Publication to publish books in different Indian languages including English.
