Ganeshpur is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from sub district headquarter and 77 kilometres (48 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]
Demography[edit]
As of 2009, The village has a total number of 310 houses and a population of 1537 of which 771 are males while 766 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 1 people are from Schedule Caste and 727 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
