Early life and education[edit | edit source]
Chowdhury studied fashion design at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).[1][2]
Career[edit | edit source]
She has worked in theatre, music and fashion design. Her musical work includes the Bengali album Sukher Chokhe, released in 2010. The album contains nine modern Bengali songs, including "Tumi Asbe Bole", "Rongin Rongin" and "Chanchal Pakhi". Chowdhury created PuggyWoogy, an Instagram account featuring her pugs. Its posts include photographs and videos of the dogs, focusing on their everyday activities and experiences. The content also features pet fashion and cinematic storytelling.[1] She has collaborated with pet brands and worked with animal-welfare organisations through her content.[1][2]
In October 2026, Chowdhury received the Best Pet Friendly Content – Editor's Choice award at the Power Creator Awards, organised by Times Entertainment. The ceremony took place in Mumbai on 23 October. It was hosted by Aparshakti Khurana, and Chowdhury received the award from Vahbbiz Dorabjee.[3]
