Contests in most years were multi cornered but only winners and runners are being mentioned. Rishi Kumar Rai of CPI defeated Anuj Kumar of [[Rashtriya Janata Dal|RJD]] in [[Bihar Assembly Election, Oct 2005|October 2005]] and [[Bihar Assembly Election, Feb 2005|February 2005]].
