Alanthurai is a panchayat town in Coimbatore district in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. It is a western suburb of Coimbatore, which comes under the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. It lies very close to Kerala border, and is located between Maduvarayapuram and Pooluvapatti.
