Lubna Sarwath is an Indian social activist and economist who fought the 2014 Indian general election from Hyderabad (Lok Sabha constituency) as Aam Aadmi Party candidate.[1]

Lubna was selected in Probationary Officers Exam and joined as an officer in the Punjab National Bank.[2] She completed Ph.D. programme in Islamic Economics and Finance (IEF) from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia. She is also a guest lecture there on invitation. She got admission in Masters in both Islamic Economics in MIHE, UK and IIUM, Kuala Lumpur, but didn't studied there. Lubna is Editorial Assistant-cum-Referee for Humanomics, Emerald Publications, UK.
