Morkhi is a village in Akkalkuwa in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 60 kilometres (37 mi) from sub district headquarter and 105 kilometres (65 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 536 houses and a population of 2522 of which 1228 are males while 1294 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 2511 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
