Summary

DescriptionVarta of Damodardas Harsani painting (closeup).jpg	English: Vallabha (left) giving Kr̥ṣṇa (center) a sacred thread after having received the Brahmasambandha mantra. Vallabha's first disciple Dāmodaradāsa Harsānī is on the right. Scene takes place in Gokula on Govinda Ghāṭa, under a choṁkara tree (Prosopis cineraria).
Date	Colophon states completion in 1702. Ambalal states pages with paintings date to the first quarter of the 19th century.
