ଏହା ଏକ ନାଗରିକ ଶୁଭିଦାମୂଳକ ସ୍ଥାନ ଯାହା ଉର୍ବନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଗରିବ ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କୁ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଔଷଧ ସୁବିଧା ଏବଂ ସମୟମାନ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ଦେଇଥାଏ। ସେମିଲିଗୁଡାର ଏହି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଟି ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ବାହାର ରୋ​ ​ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଛି।
