English: Konark Sun Temple is a 13th century Sun Temple (also known as the Black Pagoda), at Konark, in Orissa. It was constructed from oxidized and weathered ferruginous sandstone by King Narasimhadeva I (1238-1250 CE) of the Eastern Ganga Dynasty. The temple is an example of architecture of Orissa from Ganga dynasty . The temple is one of the most renowned temples in India and is a World Heritage Site.
हिन्दी: कोणार्क सूर्य मन्दिर भारत में उड़ीसा राज्य के पुरी जिले के अन्तर्गत पुरी नामक शहर में प्रतिष्ठित है। यह भारतवर्ष के चुनिन्दा सूर्य मन्दिरों में से एक है। सन् १९८४ में यूनेस्को ने इसे विश्व धरोहर स्थल के रूप में मान्यता दी है।
ગુજરાતી: કોણાર્ક સૂર્ય મંદિર , ભારતના ઑડિશા (ઓરિસ્સા) રાજ્ય ના પુરી જિલ્લા ના પુરી નામક શહેર માં સ્થિત છે. આને લાલ બલુઆ પત્થર તથા કાળા ગ્રેનાઇટ પત્થર થી ઈ.સ. ૧૨૩૬– ૧૨૬૪ માં ગંગ વંશના રાજા નૃસિંહદેવ દ્વારા બંધાવવામાં આવ્યું.[૨] આ મંદિર, ભારતના સૌથી પ્રસિદ્ધ સ્થળોમાં એક છે. આને યુનેસ્કો દ્વારા સન ૧૯૮૪માં વિશ્વ ધરોહર સ્થળ ઘોષિત કરાયું છે. કલિંગ શૈલી માં નિર્મિત આ મંદિર સૂર્ય દેવના રથ ના રૂપ માં નિર્મિત છે. આને પત્થર પર ઉત્કૃષ્ટ નક્શી કરીને ખૂબ જ સુંદર બનાવાયા છે. સંપૂર્ણ મંદિર સ્થળને એક બાર જોડી ચક્રોવાળા, સાત ઘોડા થી ખેંચાતા સૂર્ય દેવ ના રથના રૂપમાં બનાવ્યા છે. મંદિર પોતાની કામુક મુદ્રાઓ વાળી શિલ્પાકૃતિઓ માટે પણ પ્રસિદ્ધ છે. આજે આનો ઘણો ભાગ ધ્વસ્ત થઈ ચુક્યો છે. આનું કારણ વાસ્તુ દોષ તથા મુસ્લિમ આક્રમણો કહેવાય છે. અહીં સૂર્યને બિરંચિ-નારાયણ કહેતા હતાં.
অসমীয়া: কোণাৰ্ক সূৰ্য মন্দিৰ (ইংৰাজী: Sun Temple, Konârak) ভাৰতৰ উৰিষ্যা ৰাজ্যৰ কোণাৰ্কত অৱস্থিত ত্ৰয়োদশ শতাব্দীত নিৰ্মিত এটি সূৰ্য মন্দিৰ। ই "ব্লেক পেগ'ডা" নামেও পৰিচিত। মন্দিৰটো বংগোপসাগৰ তীৰত ভাৰতৰ পূৱ উপকূলত মহানদী ব-দ্বীপত অৱস্থিত। পূৱ গঙ্গ ৰাজবংশৰ ৰজা প্ৰথম নৰসিংহদেৱে প্ৰায় ১২৫০ খ্ৰীষ্টাব্দত পাথৰেৰে নিৰ্মিত এই মন্দিৰটো নিৰ্মাণ কৰে। ই সূৰ্য (দেৱতা)ৰ চব্বিশ চক্ৰবিশিষ্ট ৰথৰ আকাৰত নিৰ্মিত। অত্যধিক কাৰুকাৰ্যখচিত এই প্ৰস্তৰখোদিত স্থাপত্যটোৰ বিশেষ প্ৰতীকী ব্যঞ্জনা আছে। আধুনিক কালত মন্দিৰটিৰ পুনৰ সংস্কাৰ কৰা হয়। ১৯৮৪ চনত (i), (iii) আৰু (iv) বিভাগত সাংস্কৃতিক সম্পত্তি হিচাবে এই মন্দিৰ ইউনেস্কো বিশ্ব ঐতিহ্য তালিকাৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত হয়।
বাংলা: কোণার্ক সূর্য মন্দির (ওড়িয়া: କୋଣାର୍କ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମନ୍ଦିର) ১৩শ-শতাব্দীতে নির্মিত ভারতের ওড়িশা রাজ্যের পুরী জেলার কোণার্ক শহর অবস্থিত। বিশ্বাস করা হয় যে, মন্দিরটি ১২৫৫ খ্রিস্টাব্দে পূর্ব গঙ্গ রাজবংশের প্রথম নরসিংহদেব এটি নির্মাণ করেছিলেন। মন্দির কমপ্লেক্সটি একটি বিশাল রথের আকৃতিতে (সূক্ষ্ম কারুকার্যময় পাথরের চাকা, স্তম্ভ ও দেওয়াল সহ) তৈরি করা হয়েছে। কাঠামোর একটি প্রধান অংশ এখন ধ্বংসাবশেষ। মন্দিরটি একটি বিশ্ব ঐতিহ্যবাহী স্থান এবং ভারতে সাতটি বিস্ময়ের বিভিন্ন তালিকাতেও রয়েছে। মন্দিরটি পু্রী থেকে ৩৫ কিমি এবং ভুবনেশ্বর থেকে ৬৫ কিমি দূরে অবস্থিত।
