Summary
| DescriptionSoil moisture and climate change.svg |
English: Projected changes in average soil moisture, which is a predictor for issues like flooding, fires, drought, and agricultural failure. The standard deviation measure is commonly used to measure drought, where a -1 standard deviation means soil moisture will be the same as droughts that occurred once every six years between 1850 and 1900.

This map contains data from the IPCC that is not believed to be subject to their copyright. According to the wikimedia article discussing derivative works using maps none of the following are subject to copyright: data, colors, systems, and geographical boundaries. That covers all that this map displays- a standard world map colored to show expected temperature changes according to climate change models.
