English: Sikh manuscript. "First page of the Gurmukhi translation of the 12th century Bagdhadi philosopher Imam Muhammad Ghazali's Kimi-ye-sadat (better known in the west as The Alchemy of Happines). It is not entirely known when the Sikhs translated it. Scholars however agree that it was either in the Anandpur court of Guru Gobind Singh or in the early 1700s by the Sewapanthi sadhus."
