Such an assertion is also repeated in the description of another photo held at Commons. In light of the proposed restorations, we shall not expect a volunteer to obtain a CC photo.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Will be used in the infobox alone.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	I have no expectation that the Ministry of Culture has any inclination to profit from these archive images.
