Pahari Sikh from workshop of Purkhu of Kangra.
A claim was made at the following URL that this artwork may also depict Lehna Singh Kahlon of the Bhangi Misl and his son, Chet, see the following link: https://bhangimisl.blogspot.com/2022/04/another-portrait-of-sardar-lehna-singh.html Another claim was made that the child on the right-side may be a young Ranjit Singh, which means this painting was completed in the late 18th century (between 1780–1792 as Ranjit Singh was born in 1780 and Maha Singh died in 1792, dating based on accepting the validity of claims that both are depicted together in this painting).
