The title page identifies Ray as Kaviratna, M.A., M.B., M.R.A.S., former president of the All-India Ayurvedic Conference and Ayurveda Vidyapitha, and a Fellow of the University of Calcutta. The work was published by the Ayurvedic Medical College, 29 Fariapukur Street, Calcutta, and was priced at two rupees.

The image is a faithful scan from a physical copy. It was cropped and lightly enhanced for readability without intentionally altering the original printed text.
