Description
English: Pakhala is a traditional food from Odisha, India, and is made by adding water to rice and leaving it for a few hours to a day for mild fermentation. In the picture it is garnished with curry leaves, garlic, and chili pepper, and is served along with "File:Badi chura 01badi chura", "Baigana-bilati poda", and "Kadali bhaja".
