The sculpture is the main Idol, located in the Sanctum of Lakshmana Temple.
This sculpture is of tri-headed & four-armed sculpture of Vishnu. The central head is of human, and two sides of boar(depicting Varaha) and lion (depicting Narashima).
Lakshamana temple is among Khajuraho Group of Monuments(a World Heritage Site)
