English: This picture belongs to a place in district kinnaur, himachal pradesh , India. In this picture natives of village pangi ate performing a dance known as Kayang in local dilect. This dance is performing on occasion of Dakhraeni featival. Natives hike 8 k.m. steep incline to reach this place called Piri. Here they dnce whole night and perform rituals next morning before sunrise. These rituals are performed for peace of lost souls in past year.
