மேற்கிலுள்ள பழனி மலை இடும்பன் மலை கோயிலும் கிழக்கிலுள்ள இடும்பவனம்(இடும்பர் தவம் இருந்த இடமும்) ஒரே நேர்க்கோட்டில் அமைந்துள்ளது மேலும் ஒரு அபூர்வம் என்னவென்றால் அருள் பொங்கும் காடுவெட்டிவிடுதி அருள்மிகு இடும்பர் கோயிலும் அதே நேர்க் கோட்டில் இந்த இரண்டு தலத்திற்கும் இடைப்பட்ட பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ளது. இன்னுமொரு அற்புதம் யாதெனில் காடுவெட்டிவிடுதி அருள்மிகு இடும்பர் கோயிலுக்கு வடக்கு பகுதியில் திருவண்ணாமலையும் தெற்கு பகுதியில் கடற்கரையில் மீமிசல் முருகன் கோயிலும் ஒரே நேர்கோட்டில் உள்ளது.
