English: A fire at an energy infrastructure facility in Kharkiv region of Ukraine due to Russian shelling in the evening of September 11, 2022. Critical infrastructure was hit by missiles in several regions, after which there was no electricity and water.

ВОРОГ ВДАРИВ ПО ОБ’ЄКТАМ КРИТИЧНОЇ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРИ (оперативна інформація станом на 08:00 12 вересня 2022 року)
  • Близько 20:00 рашистські окупанти вдарили двома ракетами по об'єкту критичної інфраструктури у Холодногірському районі Харкова, що відіграє важливу роль у забезпеченні електропостачання в регіоні. Виникла пожежа в обладнанні об'єкту та в адміністративній будівлі, котра до того ж зазнала сильних руйнацій. Загинуло 2 працівників. На час прибуття рятувальників загальна площа пожежі складала понад 1000 кв.м. В роботах з ліквідації наслідків ворожого удару приймало участь 12 оперативних підрозділів ДСНС на автоцистернах, фахівці військово-цивільної адміністрації, комунальні та аварійні служби. На гасіння вогню вогнеборці подали 9 водяних та 2 пінних стволи.
  • Одночасно з цим ракетного удару зазнав подібний об'єкт в Чугуївському районі області на території Слобожанської громади. Площа тамтешньої пожежі склала 70 кв.м. 2 особи зазнали поранень. Ліквідація вогню відбулась о 22:15.
  • Крім того, близько опівночі Харків зазнав повторного ракетного удару з боку РФ. Одна з ракет влучила у триповерховий житловий будинок у Новобаварському районі, який зазнав руйнувань. Загинув 1 чоловік, ще 2 людей зазнали поранень. Пожежі не було.
  • Загалом за добу з 11 по 12 вересня рятувальники Харківського гарнізону ДСНС здійснили 27 оперативних виїздів, з яких:
    • 12 – на ліквідацію пожеж, у т.ч. 3 – спричинених військовими діями.
    • 1 – на аварійно-рятувальні роботи,
    • 8 – для надання допомоги населенню, правоохоронцям та комунальникам,
    • 1 – на ліквідацію наслідків ДТП,
    • 5 – інші виїзди.
  • За добу піротехніки ДСНС ліквідували 98 ворожих вибухонебезпечних предметів.
