Her period of notability was relatively short, and the Dale Automobile was really only a thing in 1974-5. Given the short time period of the Dale Automobile and her going into hiding pretty much immediately thereafter, and given this is after the period where things can have gone out of copyright in the US naturally (no renewal requirement after 1963, for instance), and given her notability being largely (but not entirely) centred around this con, it's incredibly unlikely that a free-use photo could be found. Also, as she is transgender, a photo of her pre-transition - as her earlier notability was under her assigned identity- would be unethical to use as her primary identification (and violate Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Identity). |
