Calligraphy logos without a free license, comparable to the "澳門豆撈" example in the "Not OK" section of COM:TOO China which are ruled by a court of law to be copyrightable. Dates provided in File:China National Democratic Construction Association logo.png has no basis for claiming {{PD-China}}.
