മലയാളം: കേരളത്തിൽ നെൽകൃഷിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാളയോട്ട മത്സരമാണ് മരമടി(ഇംഗ്ലീഷ്: Maramadi). പോത്തോട്ടം, കാളപ്പൂട്ട് എന്നീ പേരുകളിലും ഇതറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. പത്തനംതിട്ടയിലെ ആനന്ദപ്പള്ളി, പാലക്കാടിലെ കോട്ടായി, ചിതലി എന്നീ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലാണ് പ്രധാനമായും ഇത് നടക്കുന്നത്.
