According to c:COM:SENEGAL, the copyright for collective works is 70 years after the death of the last surviving author. As all the participants of the construction site cannot be readily identified, the date will have to be assumed. c:Template:PD-old-assumed assumes that for any work created at least 120 years ago, the author is assumed to have been dead for 70 years. Therefore the construction site cannot be imported into Commons until 1 January 2144 (assuming no changes to the present IP law).
