The section is not dyed, the green colour is actually chlorophyll. The image is composed of dozens of images. They were stacked with CombineZP first, then the 24 stacks were stitched manually in Gimp.Deutsch: Querschnitt durch die Nadel einer Abies nordmanniana (Nordmanntanne).
Der Schnitt wurde nicht eingefärbt; die grüne Farbe stammt vom Chlorophyll. Das Bild ist aus dutzenden Einzelbildern erstellt, die zuerst mit CombineZP gestackt wurden. Die 24 Stacks wurden dann in Gimp manuell zusammengesetzt. |
