English: The ‘ASUDEV ART SCHOLARSHIP 2024’ is presented to Ms. JYOTISMRITI BORDOLOI, presently studying in the first year Master of Fine Arts (Painting) in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat. Ms. Jyotismriti, is a domicile of Golaghat, Assam.
The ‘ASUDEV Art Scholarship’ carries a memento, a citation and one time financial grant of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) from the personal contributions of ASUDEV’s family members and was presented today, the 13th December 2024, the 107th birth anniversary of ASUDEV in the premises of ASUDEV ART FOUNDATION at 45, Barthakur Mill Road, Ulubari Guwahati 781007 Assam. The ASUDEV’s ART GALLERY (A Private Art Space) was also officially declared open today for public viewing. This private Art Gallery displays a well curated representation of pioneer Assam Artist ASUDEV’s artworks from 1930’s to 1983. Public viewing is available on Monday to Friday 1PM to 7PM on prior information on 6901 260 823. The award function was also attended by several Artists, media person, students of AAFTAA, and people associated with the pioneer Assam Artist ASUDEV. |
