    • Greens from the ColorBrewer green palette were used.
    • SVG code was made manually in text editor.
    • Version 4 changes three rectangles to circles. Area of remaining light green rectangle ("$600B total") is adjusted accordingly. Font sizes and font colors adjusted also.
    • Suggested caption: U.S. Treasury Department 2019 estimates of unpaid taxes indicate that over half of all unpaid taxes are attributable to the top 5% of earners.
