Baljuri peak is situated at an altitude of 5922 meters, in Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. This peak is one of the summit peaks of Uttarakhand, which provides an ideal experience for anyone attempting mountaineering for the first time. The word Baljuri has been formed from two words of the local language, Bal and Judi (bull + upper part of the shoulder).

This mountain peak is located near Pindari Glacier. You do not need much technical knowledge to climb this mountain peak. But weather plays an important role in climbing this mountain peak, as this area faces adverse climate for climbing for a long time.

During the climb to this peak, you see many beautiful views of your surroundings . Which keeps your mind fresh during the journey. The journey of this mountaineering peak expedition starts from Khati village. For this journey, you should be well prepared to navigate the challenging terrain and changeable weather conditions. If you are an adventure lover then you must give Baljuri Peak mountaineering a try.
