Amarendravarman (Hindi: अमरेन्द्रवर्मन, famous as Amrendra Bahubali, the most powerfull in the family of Sahastrabahu), was a Chandel Rajput prince and General of Mahishmati. He was the elder son of Vikramadevavarman, but his cousin Bhallaldevavarman I succeeded him as a Chakravarti Emperor. His main achivement was against Kalkeya race of Asuras. He was murdered by Kattapa, a slave chief of royal family.
