Programs and Services Prenatal Classes Achintya offers structured prenatal classes both online and offline, covering:

These sessions are designed to equip mothers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate pregnancy and early parenthood.

Breastmilk Donation Drive The Achintya Breastmilk Donation Drive is a life-saving initiative aimed at collecting and distributing excess breastmilk from lactating mothers to babies in NICUs. The drive is focused especially on babies allergic to formula or cow's milk and those born premature.

Donors are guided on milk expression and storage.

Breastmilk storage bags are provided.

Volunteers collect the stash directly from mothers' homes.

Donations are made to milk banks in Government Hospitals and Shri Ramakrishna Hospitals.

As of 2025, Achintya has successfully donated over 200 litres of breastmilk in the Kongu region of Tamil Nadu.

Founder’s Vision Rajeswari Senthil, a practicing lactation counsellor since 2021, observed that many mothers were unaware of how to handle excess breastmilk or access milk banks. This gap led her to create a structured donation system that makes it easier for mothers to donate, thereby saving the lives of vulnerable babies. She believes in the philosophy:

Impact Achintya has supported hundreds of mothers through education, awareness, and compassionate service. It continues to partner with healthcare providers and volunteers to strengthen maternal and child health in India.
