Bhillama III Bhoja

Bhillama remained active during the reign of Jayasimha’s successor, Somesvara I, who campaigned in Malwa and overcame the Paramara ruler Bhoja. Evidence from the Deolali grant suggests that Bhillama may have contributed to Bhoja’s defeat, as it records that he acquired the fort of Enkai in the Nashik region from Bhoja. The fort’s commander, Sridharadandanayaka, originally appointed by Bhoja, continued to serve under Bhillama. By this period, the Yadava domain had grown in size, and Bhillama held sway over subordinate chiefs such as Mankha and Sripat.[1][2][3]
