Aravind Srinivas
Aravind Srinivas (born 1994) is an Indian computer scientist, researcher, programmer, as well as CEO and co-founder of Perplexity AI.

Early lifeEdit
Srinivas grew up in Chennai, India[1] and studied Electrical Engineering at the IIT Madras.[2] Srinivas first worked as a research intern at OpenAI and later completed further internships at Google's DeepMind and Google itself.[1][3]
CareerEdit
His academic journey continued when he moved to the United States to do his Ph.D. in AI and deep learning at the University of California, Berkeley.[4] His research includes work on reinforcement learning, deep learning and Self-supervised learning|contrastive learning.[5]
In 2022 Srinivas founded Perplexity.ai with his cofounders Denis Yarats, Johnny Ho, and Andy Konwinski.[1][6]
