R.S. Yadav was Vice Chancellor[1] of Baba Mast Nath University, Rohtak, Haryana. He has been given Vishisht Seva Medal(VSM) award for his distinguished service of an exceptional order in the Indian Armed force service. He joined BMU in 2018.
