P. P. Singh is eminent professor of Law and working as Head & Dean[1] in Department of Law[2] in Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh in India. He is the founder of the department of Law therein the University. He is also known as Prithvi Pal Singh.[3] He has organised various student activities and seminar as DSW- Dean Students Welfare.[4][5][6][7] He started his career since 25/8/1983 as a Law Teachers.[8] He is the subject expert of various universities Swami Vivekanand University, Madhya Pradesh.[9]
