Dhruv Rathee is an Indian YouTube creator, educator and travel vlogger. He is known for producing videos about current affairs, politics, history, science and social issues.
Early life and education[edit | edit source]
Rathee was born in Haryana, India.[1] He studied mechanical engineering and later completed a master's degree in renewable energy at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany.[2]
Career[edit | edit source]
Rathee began creating videos on YouTube and later became known for explanatory videos covering current affairs, politics, history and science. He also produces travel and lifestyle videos through his vlog channel.[3]
His official website states that his videos are researched and that sources used for his videos are published publicly.[4]
Recognition[edit | edit source]
In 2023, Rathee received a YouTube Diamond Play Button after his main channel passed 10 million subscribers. His official website also lists recognition from TIME.[5]
