Kadhal Conditions Apply (transl. Love Conditions Apply) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed by R. Arvind.[1] The film stars Mahat Raghavendra and Sana Makbul with Dhivyadharshini, Venkat Prabhu, Vivek Prasanna, Abishek Raaja, Maheshwari Chanakyan and Manobala in supporting roles.

Production[edit | edit source]
The film was produced by Ravindhar Chandrasekaran and Nithin Sathya under the banners of Libra Productions and Shvedh.[2] During 2020 Nithin approached Mahat about acting in this film.[3] The film was shot in Chennai, Ambasamudram, Tiruchirappalli, Pondicherry, and Courtallam.[4] It marks the second Tamil film starring Sana Makbul, after Rangoon.[5] The cinematography of the film was by Karthik Nallamuthu, and the editing was handled by Anand Geraldin. The teaser for the film was released on 9 June 2023.

The film was initially scheduled to release on 16 June 2023,[6] but was postponed due to financial issues and allegations against Shvedh.[7][8] Later, it is scheduled to be released on 15 September 2023.[9]
