Eravalam is a tiny village in Tirukoilur, Kallakurichi district, Tamil Nadu, India. A new sugar mill is planned, spread across the villages of Venmar, Eravalam, Kachikuppam and Keezhthazhanur, and this has generated some controversy.[1]
