Kisan Swaraj Sangathan (English: Indian Farmers' Union) (Hindi - किसान स्वराज संगठन ) [1][2][3] It is a registered Trade unions in India.focusing on the welfare and fair treatment of farmers. It operates in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujrat, and Rajasthan.[4][5][6][7][8][9]

Organization[edit]

The organisation of the union is modeled on the lines of a grassroots system of village panchayats. The kss meetings are noted to be informal, gram swaraj in their structure while making use of the gram sabha. It has presence in the states of madhya pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat.[10]

Against farm laws 2020[edit]

Kss protest against of The 2020 Indian agriculture acts. Agitated to withdraw agricultural laws in various ways in the country such as Rail Roko, Toll Naka Free, Chakka Jam, Bharat Bandh. it's all part the 2020–2021 Indian farmers' protest.[11]

Controversy[edit]

An FIR was registered by the Sheopur Madhya Pradesh Police on the workers of the organization for the farmers' agitation demanding the withdrawal of agricultural laws.[12][13]
