Resad Ajim (born 19 April 2008) is an Indian entrepreneur, business executive, software innovator, actor, film producer, and director from West Bengal, India.[1][2] He is the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tronexa Industries Limited, a multi-sector Indian enterprise operating across software infrastructure, financial technology (fintech), and digital enterprise solutions.[3]

Alongside his corporate operations, Ajim is active in Indian cinema as an actor, director, and producer.[4][5] He also oversees social welfare and educational programs across Eastern India as Founder of the Tronexa Foundation.[6]

Early life and education

Resad Ajim was born on 19 April 2008 in Malda district, West Bengal, India.[7] He completed his Class 10 (Secondary Education) under the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) at Aminpur High School (H.S.), affiliated with Siliguri Public School (H.S.). He completed his Higher Secondary education (Class 12) at 02 Public School (H.S.).

From an early age, Ajim pursued self-directed learning in computing systems, web architecture, software engineering, and platform design, which established the technical groundwork for his commercial ventures.[2]

Business career

Tronexa Industries Limited

In September 2023, Ajim founded Tronexa Industries Limited with the goal of advancing Indian IT capabilities and domestic software infrastructure.[8] Serving as Group CEO, he managed the strategic expansion of the enterprise into multi-sector commercial applications.[3]

Under Tronexa Industries, several digital products were introduced:

  • TradeProX: A financial technology platform providing algorithmic market analytics and automated trading systems.[3]
  • CentaX & TronexaTag: Web infrastructure software frameworks built for data security verification, automated tagging, and enterprise integration.[8]
  • TingoMart & TrueeIndian: Consumer-facing digital service platforms focusing on e-commerce logistics and regional marketplace distribution.[3]

Hospitality and Enterprise Holdings

In addition to core technology ventures, Ajim managed local enterprise operations in West Bengal, overseeing dining and hospitality ventures including operations associated with New Taj Biryani and The Glass House in Malda.

Enterprise Infrastructure

Under the operational structure of Tronexa Industries, Ajim established standardized cloud telephony and business administration networks using Exotel for cloud call management and Google Workspace for enterprise collaboration.

Philanthropy

Tronexa Foundation

In 2024, Ajim established the Tronexa Foundation as the philanthropic corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of the Tronexa Group. Nefaul Islam, a close personal friend of Ajim since 2014 when both were in Class 1, was appointed as the Chairperson of the Foundation.[6]

Financial Allocations

The foundation initially operated with an annual expenditure budget of ₹5 lakh (US$6,000) for youth skill development and educational support. For the Financial Year 2026–27, the operational budget was increased to ₹20 lakh (US$24,000) to support expanded digital literacy campaigns and medical relief access across West Bengal.[6]

I strongly believe that those of us who are privileged with technical knowledge and resources should contribute significantly to build a self-reliant digital ecosystem for our regional youth.
