Shivkumar Bilagrami (शिवकुमार बिलग्रामी) is a contemporary Hindi/Urdu Poet. He is a renowned Geetkar/Shayar. He was born in the Bilgram Tahsil, Hardoi District of Uttar Pradesh. The ancient name of Bilgram is Srinagar, its present name Bilgram was given by some associates of Mahmood Gajnavi. The Battle of Bilgram in 1540 took place between Humayun and Sher Shah Suri. Sher Shah Suri defeated Humayun in the Battle of Bilgram. Bilgram has been a centre for rich literary activities from so many years.

शिवकुमार बिलग्रामी Ji was born in Village Mahsonmau, Tahsil Bilgram. His father Late Shri Raghubar Singh was a well known political and social activist of this region. Shivkumar Bilagrami Ji completed his schooling from BGR Inter College, Bilgram and later did his Masters in English Literature from Lucknow University, Lucknow.

He started his career as a Journalist and worked for so many reputed Hindi/English News Papers/News Agencies. Later on he joined Parliament of India and presently he is Editor in Lok Sabha Secretariat, New Delhi.

Publications of Shivkumar Bilagrami Naee Kahakashan (नई कहकशां) : "Naee Kahakashan" is a compilation of Gazals. Most of the Gazals of this compilations have been sung by the well known singers of India and Pakistan.

He has been regular poet in Delhi Circle Kavi Sammelans, Mushayara and Cultural Programmes. His Gazals are available on popular Gazal hosting website रेख्ता.
