Template:Meitei scriptures Konthoujam Nongarol (Meitei: ꯀꯣꯟꯊꯧꯖꯝ ꯅꯣꯡꯒꯥꯔꯣꯜ), also spelt as the Konthoucham Nongkalol (Old Manipuri: ꯀꯣꯟꯊꯧꯆꯝ ꯅꯣꯪꯀꯥꯂꯣꯜ), is an Ancient Meitei language literary narrative work, about Chingphulon Konthousu (Konthoujam Tampha Lairembi), a lady from Konthou clan, ascending to the Lai Lamlen (Heaven).[1] The story describes about the love between a mortal and a deity.[2][3] It also mentions about how the ancient people perform ceremony for the death.[4]
