Bharatpedia:Copyexempt is the register of Bharatpedia articles that show only the plain Bharatpedia copyright line in the footer:
- Text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 License; additional terms may apply. Bharatpedia® is a registered trademark of the Bharatmedia Foundation, a non-profit organization. By using this site, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The rule[edit source]
- New articles (created on or after 2 November 2026, directly in the main namespace or by moving a draft) show the plain line automatically. Nothing needs to be added anywhere.
- Copied articles that have not been edited since they were imported or copied from another encyclopedia keep the extra line, and should keep it:
- This article may use material from the Wikipedia article (article name), which is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (view authors).
- Copied articles that have been edited become exempt once their name is registered on the topic page for their subject below (or once {{Copyexempt}} is added to the article). Their footer then changes to the plain Bharatpedia line.
Topic pages[edit source]
Register an edited article on the page for its topic. Add its name between the two list marker comments on that page, one name per line, in this form: * [[Article name]], exactly as the article is titled.
