Chief Secretary of Sindh (Urduمعتمدِ اعلٰی سندھ, मो'तमद-ए-आ'ला सिन्ध ?), commonly abbreviated as CS Sindh, serves as the bureaucratic chief and highest-ranking official within the Government of Sindh. The position is typically occupied by a Grade-22 officer belonging to the Pakistan Administrative Service. The rank of Chief Secretary is equivalent to that of Federal Secretary within the federal government structure. The incumbent Chief Secretary of Sindh is Syed Asif Hyder Shah, who has held office since March 2024.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan exercises direct authority in appointing the Chief Secretary. Additionally, the Chief Secretary concurrently serves as the Cabinet Secretary of Sindh, overseeing the coordination and administration of the provincial cabinet's functions.
