Government of Sindh constitutes the provincial administration of Sindh, Pakistan, operating under the constitutional framework established by the 1973 Constitution. The province's administrative structure comprises 30 districts organised under 7 divisions, all falling within its authority and jurisdiction.
The executive authority and governmental leadership is vested in the Chief Secretary of Sindh, who serves as both the administrative head and leader of the provincial government. All governmental officers and cabinet members report directly to the Chief Secretary, who is appointed by the Prime Minister of Pakistan. The position of Chief Secretary of Sindh is typically held by an officer of Grade 22, drawn from the Pakistan Administrative Service.
