Souvik Mahapatra is a professor of electrical engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay)[1] and Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for contributions to "CMOS transistor gate stack reliability".[2]
