Babu Chalamala from MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., St. Peters, MO was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014[1][2] for contributions to the development of advanced materials and device technologies for vacuum microelectronics and field emission displays.
